Wall-to-Wall Studios is looking to grow our team in our Honolulu office. We have an opening for a Senior Design/Art Director.

We're a creatively driven Branding Agency, in a fast-paced collaborative environment focused on delivering innovative, effective work. The candidate's primary role is to lead conceptual development and oversee multiple creative projects for clients, while simultaneously being a hands-on contributor within the agency.


  • Helps to create and oversee projects (brand identity, print/online design, advertising) from concept through launch across all media (print, TV, online, physical environments, social media, etc.)

  • Reports to Associate Creative Director and assists Senior team in all aspects of execution of projects

  • Provide guidance and mentoring for other members of creative team

  • Move comfortably among multiple projects with various audiences

  • Help to write creative, strategic and brand positioning briefs

  • Participation in collaborative ideation/brainstorming is a must

  • Attend/manage photo sessions, television production, and other broadcast-related tasks

  • Works closely with outside collaborators and vendors

  • Direct and supervise production approvals

  • Stays current on all industry trends


  • 8 years+ experience (designer or art director) in Design Studio/Branding Firm/Advertising Agency/Freelance Business

  • Established portfolio that showcases integrated campaigns and your strategic creative thinking

  • Strong conceptual, problem-solving and executional skills

  • Confident presentation skills

  • Ability to understand and identify key strategic issues, and develop creative solutions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to interpret creative direction to team and clients

  • Must be organized and very detail oriented

  • Works efficiently, proactively, accurately and independently

  • Experience in managing and inspiring junior staff; foster teamwork and idea exchange

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, working well under pressure

  • Bachelor's degree; Bachelor of Arts or Fine Arts preferred

This is a full time position in Honolulu, Hawaii (but no relocation package is offered, sorry).

A&E DESIGNER Business Unit: Development Services Supervisor: Market Manager Supervisory Responsibilities: None Position Type: Regular Full-Time Exemption Status: Exempt, Salaried, Not Overtime Eligible Position Summary: The A/E Designer is responsible for supporting wireless site plan designs and drafting needs. They will use expert AutoCAD skills to prepare detailed drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of architectural designs. Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities regularly performed and normally assigned to this position are as follows: * Safety first in everything we do. Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite policies and be continuously aware of surroundings. * Embrace Centerlines Purpose and Promise and consistently demonstrate the Centerline values. * Prepare engineering drawings packages of moderate and high complexity for the design and construction of new and existing communications sites based on existing drawings, site visits and field red-lined documents * Perform field investigations of sites located locally and (and potentially out of state). * Create or modify drawings with extreme attention to detail, with the utmost quality and at a fast pace. * Review own work and make initial corrections before forwarding drawings and/or calculations for final check. * Ensure drawings and calculations comply with applicable standards and jurisdictional requirements, with requirements outlined by Project Manager, and with client requirements. * Use online research and data tools to obtain information necessary to provide complete and accurate drawings. * Travel to various work site and office locations for data collection activities. * Operate Autodesk AutoCAD with a high level of proficiency. * Communicate effectively, timely and respectfully via phone, email and face to face * Other team contributions as requested. * Other duties as identified and assigned. Competencies, Education, and Experience: * Minimum Associates Degree in drafting or design. * Minimum 5 years using AutoCAD in a business setting with an emphasis on wireless and commercial projects preferred. * Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of technical plans, blueprints, and drawings. * Civil construction, architectural, structural or electrical experience or knowledge helpful. * Self-motivated and directed, able to work equally well alone or as part of a project team. * Strong written and verbal communications skills to provide effective, timely and respectful communication with all project stakeholders. * Motivation to learn and willingness to take instruction. * Ability to travel; * Valid state-issued drivers license * To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficient working knowledge of the MS Office Suite and demonstrated ability to learn other software as necessary. Travel: This position is not generally expected to require overnight travel. The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required. Work Environment & Physical Demands: The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently sit talk or hear, and will occasionally stoop, kneel, and use hands and arms.
