What we’re looking for:

As a Senior Designer at TP-Link USA Corporation, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our networking products and services. Working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers, you will lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that our products are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards. Leveraging your expertise in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, you will drive innovation and elevate the overall design quality of our networking solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design strategy and execution for TP-Link's networking products and services, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to define design requirements and priorities.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and enhance the usability of our products.
• Conduct product photo shooting and video filming, edit and optimize product photo and make product videos for showcasing  
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for various marketing materials, including but not limited to: digital advertisements, social media graphics, print collateral, video, and website. Create high-quality graphics and assets, ensuring designs are optimized for different platforms and devices.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and refine design solutions, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure consistency and scalability across TP-Link's product portfolio.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, and incorporate relevant insights into our design process.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions, maintaining consistency and quality across platforms and devices.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the evolution of TP-Link's design culture and processes.

Requirements

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic/visual design, video editing, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology industry.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and ability to create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Motion graphic skill is a plus.

Salary: $80K - $100K DOE with Bonus potential
