Senior Database Developer

The Senior Database Developer position is responsible for the design, development, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of database development in support of web applications for Sher-link projects, with a focus on Oracle database applications development, batch processing and reporting. Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications following standard coding practices and industry best practices.

This role develops and maintains solutions for new requests for existing applications. The Developer resolves any issues dealing with performance for all code released to production. This position also assists with impact analyses of any changes made to the database objects. This role develops design documentation and maintains database versions of code with GIT.

The position requires participation in the complete system development life cycle including post implementation support. The Developer provides technical expertise to management, business users, and works closely with other developers by writing optimized SQL queries for integration with different applications.
