Market Development and Insights (MD&I) delivers market insights, competitive intelligence, and client research for the IBM company. The position required is for a seasoned data scientist with hands-on skills using advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive and prescriptive models, multivariate regression, look-alike models, cluster analysis, etc. Demonstrated application of advanced analytics techniques in support of describing behaviors, explaining relationships, making predictions, measuring performance, controlling outcomes, and optimizing actions is required.
Leveraging internal and external data sources, Senior Data Scientists are expected to produce market, client, or product-oriented forward-looking insights that will drive appropriate business actions based upon solid evidence in data. Key data sources include Client Experience and Brand Health data.
We are looking for dynamic individuals with experience in providing meaningful insights on client behavior and trends over time, developing analytic solutions, and presenting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders. Responsibilities include project management, mentoring new hires and developing client relationships.
