Job Summary

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to our enterprise data platform and empowering teams across our Employee Benefits organization with data-enabled capabilities. You'll be responsible for driving data as a product and a set of services to support the Employee Benefits Strategy, roadmap development, and execution to unlock the power of our data and deliver transformative solutions and insights for our business and our customers.

  • Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, aligning with overall business goals and objectives.

  • Deeply understand the group insurance / employee benefits industry and its data challenges.

  • In collaboration with product owners define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data enabled features and services.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering, data science, analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product development and adoption.

  • Partner with the data science team and introduce new capabilities to optimize the Databricks usage for performance and cost.

Skills and Background You'll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise data products or platforms.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing data-driven products and services.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Experience working with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Data Lakes, Data Warehouses).

  • Experience working with Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms is a plus.

  • Experience in the employee benefits or finance industry.

  • Experience with data governance and data security best practices preferred

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.

  • Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence concepts preferred.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range:

$130,750.00 - $222,250.00
