Sales Effectiveness & Analytics work is focused on developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with sales processes and tools to improve sales force effectiveness including: • Selecting, managing and training on sales related systems and databases (e.g., CRM: customer relationship management systems, ETMS: electronic territory management systems, etc.) • Analyzing sales process reports (e.g., sales activities, opportunity pipeline, average time to close, characteristics of wins vs. losses, etc.) to identify areas for sales process improvement • Assisting sales teams with sales reporting and individual account/sales territory planning • Developing territorial sales quotas in accordance with the profit plan • May prepare & control commission incentive budgets The Lead Data Management Analyst, Sales Operations will be instrumental in providing overall data management support to the sales and commercial teams, analyzing internal and external data, identifying and recommending areas of opportunity to enable sales force effectiveness and developing advanced tools and automated solutions/dashboards,. He or she must develop an in-depth understanding of the business environment and possess both strong analytical and communication skills. He or she will develop keen understanding of sales data across multiple data structures like SAP, CRM and other external data sets and will be able to connect the data sets to optimize processes and create visuals in PBI to support the business. Duties and Responsibilities: • Work closely with Internal SFE team and IT to gather and document business program needs and translate them into a technical solution using visuals and creating data sources, metrics, and automation using reporting tools and databases. • Works with internal/external team(s) to define necessary information and create information solutions based on business, sales, or project requirements needed to drive improvement in support of business strategies. • Ensures that processes and services are continuously monitored for data accuracy, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency; participates in discovery sessions with operational leadership to find data discrepancies and identify issues.

Engage in process and quality improvement activities, including working with the Data Governance team to optimize data quality and transparency. • Independently able to provide troubleshooting, maintenance, support, oversight, and technical guidance to other team members. • Performs technical troubleshooting, code debugging, and problem solving for custom built data warehousing solutions. • Possess knowledge of workflows in multiple business areas to support data development, analytics, and quality improvement activities. • Lead projects with varying levels of complexity to deliver coherent integrated technical solutions. • Work on ad-hoc projects as requested. Travel Requirements: Less than 10% • Bachelor’s degree required with preferred studies in MIS, Data Analytics, computer sciences, Data scientist or equivalent. • Strong proficiency in SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PBI, Power automate tools and CRM systems like MS dynamics or Salesforce.co
