Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk.

The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.

Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Data Management Analyst in Charlotte, NC.

Job Role and Responsibility: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Wholesale Automation and Control Technology Group is hiring Senior Data Management Analyst to lead the organization, coordination, and automation of testing scripts; design and conduct complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality or integrity issues and to identify and remediate process or control gaps; analyze, assess, and test data controls and data systems to ensure quality and risk compliance standards are met; identify data quality metrics and executes data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality; adhere to data governance standards and procedures; develop recommendations for optimal approaches to resolve data quality issues; develop and implement plans for assessing the quality of new data sources; lead project teams and mentor less experienced staff members; drive planning and coordination on low to medium sized remediation efforts, acting as central point of contact; leverage domain expertise and data, business, or process analysis to inform and support solution design; consult with clients to assess the current state of data and metadata quality within area of assigned responsibility; participate in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies; provide input into communication routines with stakeholders, business partners, and experienced leaders; and will work to help organize, coordinate, and automate testing scripts for end user testing.

This role will support maintenance and in-sprint testing work; review manual test cases provided by UAT Test Team and submit recommendations for improvements and determine readiness for automation development; recommend appropriate technical solution prioritizing reusability and ease of maintenance (parameters, replaceable test data, common library, etc.); create proof of concept of automation development solution and present to UAT Test Team for review and feedback; complete the automation development of provided manual test cases; exercise automated test cases and provide test results to UAT Test Team; receive and store UAT Test Team approval of automated test case delivery in central location; and continue engagement with UAT Test Team to support ongoing necessary maintenance of created automated test cases (enhancements, new scope, etc.). Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or related technical field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software engineering experience.

Specific skills required:

• 4 years of data management, business analysis, analytics, or project management experience

• 2 years of experience with automation of testing scripts

• Experience with evaluation testing

• Experience with Selenium, API Testing (Automation), UI Testing (Automation), Automation Testing Framework, and Project/Test Management Tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.)

• Experience with one or more of the following automation tools: Jenkins, Github, or Java
