As a Senior Data Analyst at Tegus, you will help empower data-driven decision-making in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will work closely with Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and upper management to conduct analyses that deliver on strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining recurring reports, dashboards, and structured analyses to support business decisions. To help sustain the health of the data infrastructure, you will identify, define, and share requirements for data collection, transformation, and delivery. You will also assist with data governance and champion definition ownership across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions, design and implement analytical solutions, and present findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Create and own an end-to-end, repeatable process for delivering data and analyses to business stakeholders, including data modeling and building data pipelines.

  • Develop insightful dashboards and data visualizations built from robust datasets.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver data-driven product and business insights.

  • Conduct investigative analyses and monitor the quality of data and analytic processes.

  • Identify, define, and share requirements for data collection, transformation, and delivery to sustain the health of the data infrastructure

  • Assist with data governance and definition ownership across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (engineering, statistics, or economics) required.

  • 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.

  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

  • Strong experience building dashboards in an enterprise business intelligence system such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

  • Demonstrated success in creating compelling data visualizations and translating data narratives into business insights for cross-functional audiences.

  • Experience or willingness to learn data modeling and ETL to build data pipelines.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
