Senior Data Analyst (Team Leader)

Job Summary

Creditsafe USA Inc, the business intelligence experts are looking for an office-based experienced Senior Data Analyst who can understand complex datasets and ensure data quality is maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate for this position is able to identify data issues / process improvements and create documentation for our development team to implement. The ability to communicate knowledge of US business information data into non-technical, lay terms for customers and staff is highly desirable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform imports/extracts of data & ensuring data quality standards are adhered.

• Providing bespoke data solutions for customers/partners with specific requirements.

• Create and maintain technical documentation.

• Liaise with data suppliers to ensure data is of the highest quality and delivered as agreed.

• Resolving customer queries regarding US company data.

• Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.

• Gain an understanding of the US data sources and educate staff and customers.

• When required provide support for other staff in the department.

• Manage the workload and new project assignment for a team of US and OFF-shore Analysts.

Experience

• Essential:

• Solid commercial experience of SQL.

• Good experience in loading and extracting large data sets.

• Experience of working with a relational database

• Proficient in data processing.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel user.

• Able to manipulate data.

• Agile project management method

Experience

• Advantage:

• Experience in the US business information industry with previous business intelligence.

• Experience with Trade Payment Data

• Employers seek a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or engineering,
