Provide Data Management (DM) support for assigned Program(s). Support data item reviews, and deliver data in electronic and hardcopy format per Government Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), Subcontract Data Requirements List (SDRL), and Raytheon internal requirements. Post electronic documentation in Program databases. Help analyzing contracts and contract modifications to develop Data Item schedules in line with Program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). Assist program management personnel in organizing and recording Program data in Program and Corporate libraries and databases.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Track/expedite/forecast Program data deliverables (CDRLs/SDRLs) and other work products

  • Provide control of program documentation as required

  • Generate programs operating instructions, data approval forms, submittal letters, and title pages observing classification, distribution, marking, and handling requirements

  • Ability to interpret contract/SSOW specific to data delivery requirements

  • Coordinate electronic transmittal/sharing of program data per Program requirements

  • Support contract closure efforts; program review activities, and archival of records

  • Observe Program security requirements and Raytheon data protection requirements, especially for marking deliverable data

  • Ability to create and analyze reports specific to data management work products and deliverables

  • Support peer reviews of selected Program plans and key documents

  • Ability to present in program meetings

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of related work experience

  • Experience communicating Data Management processes both verbally and in writing

  • Knowledge of industry Configuration/Data Management/Work Product Management principles, standards and processes, such as described in GEIA-859, Data Management Standard

  • Knowledge of standard Government Data requirements and delivery forms, including DD Form 250 and DD Form 1423

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Active SSBI

  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.

  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

The Senior Analyst Compliance Reporting supports the Compliance Manager in all transparency reporting efforts. He or she works with various cross-functional departments and interfaces with all KSNA companies to ensure they are in compliance with existing state and federal legislation. Primary job responsibilities include monitoring of compliance activities and transparency reporting. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Transparency Reporting: * Regular monitoring of the Resolution Center in STAR (Aggregate Spend/Transparency Reporting Solution), including working with transaction initiators to resolve issues/errors. This includes manually matching physician and hospital data. * Reconciling and processing of Code of Conduct forms * Monitoring of Concur files transferred to STAR * Upload SAP files into STAR * Periodic reconciliation of source system reports to STAR data * Biannual management of the certification process in STAR * Regular assistance and training of users on the various systems of capture (Code of Conduct Form, Concur, STAR) * Quarterly review of research activities including gathering study details * User and configuration maintenance of STAR * User acceptance testing on changes/updates to STAR * Troubleshooting and reporting technical issues with STAR and source systems * Annual monitoring and management of customer dispute resolutions (April-May) * Quarterly and Annual review and validation of STAR state and federal reports * Support for State and Federal transparency audits * Analysis and adjustment of transparency reporting errors and violations * Maintain spreadsheet of all long term educational loans and cumulative analysis * Manual spreadsheet and calculation of product sample loans from the eLoaner system * Ad hoc creation of analyses of reported data for Compliance Team and Executive Management Other Responsibilities: * Work with Internal Audit and Samples teams to research potential policy violations * Log and analyze potential violations of Compliance Policies * Prepare statistical analyses for periodic presentations to Executive Management * Travel: 0-10% REQUIRED SKILLS: * A minimum education level of a Bachelor's Degree * A minimum of 5 year experience with 2-3 years analytical work preferred * Strong computer skills including advanced Excel skills * SAP strongly preferred * Some audit experience a plus * Strong oral and written communication skills KARL STORZ reserves the right to change or modify the employee's job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
