About the team and position

Nestled within our Marketplaces organization is the wholesale group, the go-to guys for dealers, lenders, and automotive companies. As a Senior Analyst focused on Customer Experience, your aim will be unlocking and scaling the best experiences, selections, and values that align with our customers' goals.

You're running the show when it comes to Tableau dashboards - you'll be crafting, curating, and owning them to give us the inside track on customer satisfaction, customer service efficiency, and how our customer care team is performing overall.

What you'll be doing

  • Flexing Your Technical Muscle:

  • SQL isn't just a language, it's our daily dialect and second language. It's the tool that empowers us to dive deep and make sense of our data.

  • You'll be a wizard with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Snowflake and Excel/Google Sheets to solve problems.

  • As a visual storyteller, you'll transform raw, unstructured data into compelling narratives, meticulously choosing the most effective visualizations. Your craftsmanship will turn information into inspiration, distilling data into precise insights that captivate and inspire.

What you should have

  • 4+ years of experience in data, reporting, or analytics.

  • Advanced SQL skills, with experience using SQL to perform analysis and standardize queries.

  • Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise level reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Streamlit, Excel/Google Sheets or other relevant technologies.

  • Understands data warehousing concepts.

  • Ability to communicate in an effective and efficient manner with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders.

  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, constantly changing environment.

  • An impulse for taking ownership and introducing structure and simplicity when faced with vague, complex problems.

  • An obsession for detail and quality.

  • A bias for action.

What makes you stand out

  • Past experience working in Customer Care roles, or directly supporting analysis and reporting for customer care stakeholders to provide: customer satisfaction, net promoter score, first time response time, average handle time, first contact resolution, customer churn, customer retention rate, customer effort score, ticket volume, escalation rate.

  • Past experience working with Salesforce, ZenDesk, ServiceNow, Zoom Call Center and other service applications.

  • Experience using Python to parse, structure, and transform data.

  • A Tableau Certification, Tableau Public profile, or visualization portfolio.
