The Senior Data Analyst identifies, scopes, analyzes, and finalizes requirements for Master Data Management (MDM). Theyre looking for MDM knowledge and skills to support the company and property information. Monitor and maintain all the company and property data processes such as match/merge, data profiling, standardization, and data enrichment. Must haves: working with data that is no conforming.
The first 3 months will be mainly data diving, matching records, and change control, as you transition into a subject matter expert in order to safegaurd the environment.
Job Responsibilities-
Provides subject matter expertise on Master Data Management and ETL Concepts.
Guides systems through the steps needed to load their data into MDM. Documents all integration points in MDM to have a holistic view of all dependencies on MDM.
Creates the necessary documentation to maintain all data rules, onboarding direction and best practices.
Monitor and analyze daily data quality reports to understand how to improve the system in a more automated fashion.
Performs a wide range of tasks relating to data extraction, data scrubbing, and data transformation, data profiling, data quality, maintenance of metadata and data dictionaries.
Job Requirements-
Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering preferred
2-4 years of progressive enterprise experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Warehouse solutions using proven solution delivery methodology framework
2-3 years of progressive experience in Master Data Management
Working knowledge of design, development, and support of an MDM
Experience developing multiple cleansing and standardization scenarios using mappings & industry standard products
Experience with Python and SQL preferred
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

The Senior Data Analyst – ACL Lead is expected to apply well-developed knowledge and expertise in ACL, have a high level of expertise in one or more additional software tool(s), develop complex data analytics routines, liaise with the audit teams to enable more comprehensive audit testing, and test and document work in conformance with internal audit policies and procedures. Duties 1. Coaching 100 CAS ACL Champions by guiding the ACL users in completing their work products, selecting and coaching ACL Mentors, brainstorming ACL usage ideas, troubleshooting ACL issues, assisting with automation, and performing ACL Quality Assurance Reviews. 2. Liaising regularly with the CAS audit teams to enable more comprehensive audit testing and to increase the use of data analytics overall. Includes assisting CAS audit teams in understanding the data analytics results, offering innovative data analytics solutions, and providing technical assistance as required. 3. Developing complex data analytics across multiple platforms. Includes performing thorough testing and fully and accurately documenting work performed to support conclusions reached. 4. New ACL license on-boarding, and coordination of license transfers. 5. Facilitating ACL Beginner and Intermediate/Advanced training to new and developing ACL Champions, 6. Interfacing with Technology Operations Services (TOS) and the lines of business. 7. Supervising less-experienced Data Analytics staff on data analytics and other projects. 8. Keeping CAS informed of ACL product enhancements, resources, and best practices. 9. Maintaining the ACL Champion repository and other documentation. 10. Coordinating, testing, and rolling-out version upgrades. 11. Monitoring, and reporting on, ACL usage. 12. Performing other duties as requested by CAS Management. Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience (preferably in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems) * Seven to ten years of experience in an applicable risk management environment (preferably in data analytics, including advanced expertise in ACL) Preferred Skills/Experience 1. Ability to independently translate unique and complex business scenarios into efficient and effective data analytic solutions. 2. Strong data analytic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in large and/or complex data sets. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms. 5. Proven adaptability to changing priorities. 6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. 7. Familiarity with the concepts of automated process automation, data visualization, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. 8. Familiarity with statistical programming languages such as R, Python and SAS. 9. Seven or more years of experience in internal auditing, public accounting or other relevant experience. 10.
