Senior, Data Analyst - Last Mile Transportation, Program Management

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Network Design team within the Last Mile Delivery organization designs the outbound eCommerce transportation network, leveraging analytics to optimize network speed, cost, and service. As a fast-growing network, you will have the opportunity to build initiatives and frameworks on which to grow the business and influence the future state of the network.

To do this, you will manage key strategic programs and provide recommendations how to design the transportation network. You will interface with cross-functional partners and present up to the VP-level on the program and how it fits into the Network Design strategy.

You'll make an impact by…

• Creating data-driven scorecards for strategic programs, managing the performance and metrics.

• Building and managing a team of analysts to support the growing program.

• Influencing stakeholders across data science and operations teams; bridging the gap between operations and analytics to operationalize high-visibility strategic initiatives.

• Making data-driven business decisions to optimize cost, speed, and service for customers by leveraging analytics to identify network opportunities and leading implementation of pilots.

• Building frameworks and roadmaps to scale the strategic programs, advocating for customer-focused solutions that support the Network Design tenants.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
