Job Description

The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the Commercial Office with customer tool support, process support and reporting services. It also involves collaborating closely account executives and other commercial office tower leads to ensure business excellence, operations enablement and support functions to implement best practices, and design and execute business projects & programs. Work closely with executives to ensure SLAs and daily deliverables are on target. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of the daily metrics to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

Operations Management:

  • Responsible to build strong relationships with executivesto develop technical and operational strategies and deliver solutions thatsupport business objectives of the account.

  • Identifying, creating & Monitoring SLA's,KPI's for the process, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequatemeasures to maximize customer satisfaction.

  • Improve service performance levels (SLAs)through effective implementation of operational strategies.

  • Understand the business requirements clearly andplan for effective utilization of resources, managing the change requests andrisk planning, etc.

Process Management:

  • Ensure consistency and standardization in the processes across teams.

  • Ensure that policies, processes, and business practices comply with and are maintained in accordance to business requirements.

Reporting:

  • Assist in generation of accurate and timely data for and reporting: Ensure reporting (MD & Senior Manager Targets, Monthly and QF Sales Forecast, Sales Dashboard, Pipeline Management)
  • Assist in and as required, lead discussions around performance of the process and teams to internal stakeholders (Account Roster, Sales Management Process, Request for Proposal Process and Coordination)

Service Management and Continuous Improvement:

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of processes

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS office: Excel, PPT, OneDrive, OneNote

  • Power BI and SQL Server experience

  • Project management experience

  • Stakeholder management experience

  • Good communication skills

  • Multi-tasking and able to work under pressures

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills

  • Self-driven and people-motivator
