    SAIC is seeking a Cyber Security Risk Management Framework Analyst to support a Joint Staff J7 customer in Arlington, Virginia. The selected candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Risk Management Framework and possess the ability to integrate DOD cybersecurity requirements into an established program.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Produce, validate, update, and manage DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages for both new and existing software applications supporting the Joint Staff

  • Responsible for identifying applicable security controls and analyzing assessment procedures to validate the controls

  • Develop POA&Ms, in coordination with development team, for non-compliant controls

  • Produce deliverables in order to meet security requirements as outlined in Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)

  • Ensure reports are maintained and that security vulnerabilities are tracked and remediated according to prescribed timelines

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for A&A artifact generation

  • Must be able to interface with teammates to create an overall solution to meet A&A requirements.

  • Test software products for cybersecurity compliance

  • Provide support for proposing, coordinating, implementing, and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies

  • Influence the system requirements and design processes to incorporate the identification of emerging cyber requirements.

  • Qualifications*

  • Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; OR, Masters and three (3) years or more experience

  • Must have an active Interim Top Secret clearance with ability to obtiain full Top Secret

  • Previous experience with RMF or ATO processes

  • Must have 8570 level II certification
