Our Senior Customer Service Representatives serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

20% of Work Time will be spent providing leadership support for our teammates as follows:

  • Provide training, instructions, or support to new hires on job responsibilities.

  • Recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems.

  • Assist in providing ownership of unresolved issues requiring additional department assistance.

  • Provide floor coverage for the frontline teammates when Supervisors are in meetings or coaching as well as during hours when Supervisors are not present on evenings/weekends/holidays.

  • Other duties as assigned.
