At SAP Customer Experience, Customer Marketers create and tell inspirational stories and help connect customers to our brand. We develop product messaging and positioning and measure our success by our ability to develop creative and innovative marketing strategies and ability to gain C-level audience mindshare.
We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to help us turn our customers into effective advocates for our products. The role is an integral and strategic part of the marketing efforts for the SAP C/4HANA, a fast growing, high velocity, modern technology platform. The role requires an outgoing personality with the ability to work with enterprise customers and help them tell their stories to a wider audience. Candidate should be able to also work internally with sales, customer success, and product marketing teams.
Build and manage a customer advocacy program tied to leveraging customer success stories in campaigns, events, AR, and PR efforts.
Owns the reference topic from the LOB point of view and can support SAP Marketing and SAP GBO reference initiatives and influence
Responsible for AR/PR & Customer speakers for global Events
Collaborates with Center of Excellence and Reference Teams on setting priorities for references to recruit
Stakeholder communication and enablement within each Lines of Business (LoB)
Manage a reference program. Identify top referenceable accounts, cultivate, and monitor accounts.
Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
Establish an SAP C/4HANA customer community and work with the SAP Customer Engagement team to institute a rewards program.
Create effective marketing assets (case studies, customer webinars, etc..) that can be leveraged in marketing campaigns.
Help customers become advocates through their appearance in social media, SAP conferences, and testimonial videos.
Collaborate with the Customer Success
Work within the context of the larger SAP customer community.
Work with Demand Gen, Event Marketing, and Product Marketing to connect campaigns to customer success stories.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field is required
8+ years of related customer marketing experience
Proven success and familiarity with customer marketing SaaS enterprise solutions. Experience in a leading enterprise cloud / SaaS company a big plus.
Excellent writing and communications skills with the ability to create engaging content to be produced through various media channels
Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong ability to communicate story ideas at all levels across the organization
Strong ability to influence others and work collaboratively with other departments.
Strong project management skills
