Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Warranty Manager on a daily basis as necessary

  • Work with Warranty Manager on any elevated warranty service issues

  • Respond to homeowner warranty calls as assigned by Warranty Manager

  • Provide training for warranty new hires

  • Assist Warranty Technicians on trade repairs

  • Call homeowners within 48 hours of receiving their call, fax, or email

  • Enter work order information into Build Pro and distribute to Contractors

  • Close out all completed work orders in Build Pro

  • Schedule warranty work with homeowners, field personnel, and trades

  • Assist with Home Orientations as necessary

  • Assist with homeowner visits within 30 days after closing

  • Assist with homeowner calls on all completed work orders to ensure that work was completed to their satisfaction

  • Assist in maintaining community standards

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with customers, contracted agencies and workers, other employees, supervisory personnel

  • Experience in homebuilding industry preferred

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft word

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of home building industry experience required.

  • High school degree or GED.

The Customer Care Representative is the frontline representative and image of Medical Transportation Management (MTM). The Customer Care Representative will handle a variety of tasks which will increase in complexity as the Customer Care Representative's skills progress, but will consist primarily of handling inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities. This position is located at our office in Las Vegas, Nevada Responsibilities: * Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities to verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation and/or paratransit services utilizing transportation management systems in order to meet contract service levels * Provide top-quality customer service experience to a diverse customer population * Schedule trips in the most cost effective manner * Meet job specific key performance indicators and goals * Respond to all inquiries within a timely and professional manner * Recognize, handle and refer situations of an emergent nature * Respond and document customer complaints * Provide support on special projects as needed * Some contact center locations may require face to face contact with members to answer general questions about services provided, selling bus passes, or receiving mileage reimbursement logs.
