As a Senior Customer Analyst on the West Regional Grocery sales team, you will unleash your passion for reporting and analytics to uncover unique trends and insights. This role can be located anywhere in the United States, preferably in Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones.

As a integral part of the Regional Grocery team you will create and drive by being the teams analytic resource while being an expert on sales metrics.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyzing Data
  • Evaluating Nielsen data while focusing on pricing and promotion. We're looking to you to identify key distribution, pricing, and placement opportunities that can grow the business
  • Providing Insights
  • Work closely with Account Executives, Sales Directors, and Category Management to review business trends and provide your input on opportunities to improve profit and gross sales volume
  • Maximizing Business Processes
  • You'll build tools to aid the sales team's business understanding. You'll track key performance metrics like sales growth and share against key benchmarks while keeping up with our weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc deliverable
  • Joint Business Planning
  • You'll partner with the Sales team to maintain business forecasts and tracking for our joint business plan with our retailer partner. You'll leverage your skills in extracting data from multiple sources to provide a periodic summary of performance against our joint goals and objectives

Were Looking for Someone with

  • Proven experience in data analytics

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced expertise in Excel and experience building PowerPoint presentations

  • Advanced experience and proficiency in syndicated data tools such as Nielsen, IRI, & Numerator

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and insights

  • Demonstrated ability to approach problem-solving with a logical, structured, and analytical mindset

  • Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, for data manipulation.
