About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Counsel in the Legal Department as part of the Corporate Governance section of the Public, Regulatory and Corporate Affairs division, with a focus on Executive Compensation. In this role, you will:

Experience with legal issues specific to executive compensation matters
Experience providing executive compensation counsel on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures
Experience managing annual updates to long-term incentive compensation award agreements (including international compliance matters)
Experience handling beneficiary inquiries and hardship distribution requests
Background with 10-Q and 10-K exhibit list updates
Experience as a practicing attorney
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Superior organizational and analytical skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a complex environment with a high degree of collaboration

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $262,600.00
