Provides consistent application of standards for all new projects and applies advanced techniques and analyses.
Develops and evaluates major program cost estimates and extended budget projections to identify and quantify critical budgetary, cost, schedule, technical, and programmatic risk factors
Performs variance analysis, costing, budgeting, engineering and construction progress measurement (ie SPI, CPI) and forecasting in compliance with ASC 606
Gathers relevant data, assesses its quality, and applies costing models
Researches and interprets complex technical, cost, and schedule information in order to develop applicable cost models
Consultant to project management on financial matters
Working in IPCS powered by EcoSys for forecasting and projected compliance
7 - 10 years of related experience required, BA or BS or related experience
