The Senior Corporate Trainer partners closely with Massage Envy field business operations leaders in their assigned region. The Sr. Corporate Trainer is tasked with designing and delivering training solutions for Massage Envy field staff in alignment with business growth strategies. In this role, you have the opportunity to improve the utilization of existing training tools along with the opportunity to design new training content and delivery methods as assigned. This position helps drive employee retention, customer service satisfaction, revenue growth and leadership skills in the assigned region. This position reports to a Learning Manager on the Employee Brand Learning & Development team based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
What We'll Accomplish Together
Success Outcome #1: Become a strategic partner within the field operations team in support of the Director of Field Operations (DFO), Regional Directors (RD), District Managers (DM) and Franchisees.
Gain a strong understanding of the business of Massage Envy, particularly its franchise model.
Spend time consulting with the DFO, RD and DM in the region to understand the business environment and regional needs.
Work with field team members in the region and key staff members in the franchised locations to design a strategic training plan.
Success Outcome #2: Evaluate training needs within the region and develop a comprehensive training plan.
Review existing training practices and content to determine how it can be leveraged or changed for improved results.
Work with the DFO, RD, DM and Franchisees to gain their input on training updates and
methods along with a long-term training calendar for delivery.
Success Outcome #3: Deliver and facilitate training programs as assigned resulting in employee retention, customer service satisfaction, revenue growth and leadership skills.
Focus training efforts around key performance indicators.
Develop training for one-time projects and promotional activities to deliver for immediate impact.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in employee learning & development.
Strong training and facilitation experience.
Strong project and time management skills.
Able to travel 25%-30% of the time.
