Key to success in this role will be to think creatively about finding candidates, bringing them through the recruiting process, and helping close the deal. The Recruiter will play an "air traffic control" role within our internal team. In other words, the person will interface directly with company (Geography and National Practice Leaders) to understand demand and then adjust hiring strategy and tactics accordingly. While we expect that the Senior Recruiter will source many candidates themselves, we also use a number of third party recruiting firms so managing those relationships will be key as well. Rightpoint's recruiting team is responsible for hiring roles including .NET Developers, Mobile Developers, Visual Designers, User Experience Designers, Project Managers, Software Technologies and a variety of internal operations roles, just to name a few! Life is not dull here, to say the least. Get ready for a fast-paced, fun environment.Sample Responsibilities * Develop and execute enhanced sourcing strategies. This includes networking, leveraging LinkedIn, attending user groups, monitoring resumes on job boards, and evaluating/participating in career fairs, etc. * Be a Rightpoint advocate in the agency and technology communities by attending industry and networking events. * Manage recruiting process: secure/manage 3rd party recruiters, work with internal staffing team , Geography Leads, and National Practice Leaders to understand on-going and project staffing needs and how to balance those with full-time and contract hires; guide recruiting coordinator in scheduling and candidate correspondence; work with interview teams to evaluate/make decisions on candidates; improve processes as needed. * Work with staffing team, geography, and practice leaders to understand upcoming business demands and prioritize recruiting efforts accordingly. * Process candidates through workflow in Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite). * Develop/execute campus hire strategy. * Partner with Marketing to develop social media presence to bolster recruiting efforts. * Design strategies to evolve the Rightpoint recruiting brand. * Develop job descriptions. * Train interviewers. * Prepare and negotiate offer packages. * Manage transition from offer acceptance to first day.Required Education * College degreeRequired Skills and Abilities * Minimum 5-7 years of recruiting (7+ years for Manager), preferably in a consulting environment with 2+ years' experience working with Technology or Creative Services (Design/UX) related roles. * Experience sourcing candidates; with proven track record of being creative with sourcing. * Experience with ATS systems. * Ability to multi-task. * Very organized and have superior time-management skills. * Self-directed. * Creative problem-solver. * Fantastic written and oral communication. * Diplomatic and strong interpersonal skills.Rightpoint Benefits & Perks*

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: * Identifies top talent that supports business needs. * Develops and recommends appropriate recruiting strategies to Hiring Managers that ensure a successful talent search. * Provides guidance and expertise of Recruiting tools (ATS, Interview Guides, etc.) to Hiring Manager as needed. * Leads/conducts a proper intake with the hiring manager for each position assigned. * Sources candidates through a variety of methods (job postings, employee referrals, job fairs, internet searches, public organizations, colleges & universities, networking, job boards, advertisements, etc.). * Counsels hiring managers on all recruitment policies and ensures compliance/understanding of EEO and compensation guidelines. * Coordinates in scheduling the interview process and acts as the liaison for all persons involved with the hiring process. * Interviews candidates to determine skill set, fit within the organization and level of interest. Reviews information gathered from initial interview/pre-screen process and provides hiring manager with recommendation regarding most appropriate candidates for follow up interview. * Maintains frequent contact with candidates during and after the interview campaign in order to ensure candidates receive timely feedback. * Attends career fairs and networking functions as needed. * Recruits for company training programs. * Guides hiring managers through the candidate offer process. Follows up with written letters to candidates. * May be responsible for handling high volume requisition load. * Ensures Hiring Managers are fully equipped to handle the on-boarding process. * Sets up and facilitates interview days for pre-opening stores (directly responsible for staffing the total store). * Assists in the progress of determining hiring needs through workforce planning with hiring managers. * Promotes the selection of diverse candidates for interviews. * Conducts pre-employment background checks for designated positions per company policy * Tracks recruiting activities and updates requisition statuses on a weekly basis. * Works on ad hoc recruitment projects as assigned. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree. * Experience recruiting for a variety of positions. Preferred Qualifications: * 2-3 or more years' experience in recruiting for a variety of positions within the retail industry preferred or equivalent experience. Skills and Abilities: * Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate position details and recruiting strategy. * Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create recruiting documents, and emails, using solid grammar skills. * Self-starter, able to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple projects. * Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with staff at all levels within the organization. * High energy level and positive approach to job and group responsibilities. * Ability to multi-task and manage requisitions within applicant tracking system and/or job boards.
