Position Description:

Position Summary:

The Senior Corporate Recruiter works directly with the Reyes Holdings Business and Human Resources Leaders to drive recruitment strategies, which manage the identification and selection of talent from internal and external candidate pools and will manage the overall full life cycle recruiting process, including external vendor management contracts for Reyes Holdings.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process required to support hiring for Reyes Holdings and its subsidiaries.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs in order to effectively develop and execute recruitment strategies for assigned functions.

  • Partner with hiring managers to make hiring decisions and extend job offers.

  • Analyze recruiting metrics to accurately assess the effectiveness of current and previous recruitment strategies as well as drive process improvements.

  • Support workforce planning and recruiting projection process for the organization.

  • Manage outsourced recruiting vendors.

  • Provide training and guidance to hiring managers as it relates to interviewing ,candidate evaluation and selection

  • Mentorship of additional recruiters and team members within Talent Acquisition

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent education

  • 5+ years related experience in recruitment and staffing

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or other HRIS systems.

  • Ability to develop strong relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization

  • Previous knowledge in staffing and recruitment initiatives

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Ability to multi-task between many different projects

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Master's Degree

  • PHR or SHRM Certification

  • Experience in a fast-paced and growing multi-unit organization

  • Experience in a corporate recruitment environment

  • Experience working with temporary employee agencies; testing/assessments and vendor selection.

Key Responsibilities: * Partner with the Talent Acquisition leadership team to build and evolve the Executive Recruiting function at Edwards. * Build critical relationships with business leaders, peers, HR colleagues, other Talent Acquisition teams and key outside partners. * Become a trusted advisor for Edwards senior leadership and executive team members. * Assist in the development of and lead talent acquisition strategies for a variety of different critical roles for the organization, coordinating the deployment of internal and external resources to meet business needs. * Develop and champion diversity initiatives as well as build diverse pipelines of talent. * Create an exceptional candidate, hiring manager and team member experience by identifying and anticipating candidate needs, following issues to closure and collaborating with key stakeholders and exceeding expectations. * Provide consultative guidance to and collaborate with hiring managers, Human Resource and Talent Acquisition leadership to assess workforce needs in the near and intermediate term to identify areas of critical need and develop appropriate Recruiting Strategies. * Best represent and market the Edwards Lifesciences brand, the organizations business objectives, and career opportunities to potential candidates while building strong relationships with high potential talent for near term and future needs. * Work on challenging projects that will further advance the Talent Acquisition function at Edwards. #LI-CY1 #MI Required Qualifications: * A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university. * 8 years of full life-cycle recruitment experience with direct experience recruiting executives and senior level hires. * A mix of agency and in-house corporate recruiting experience. * Expert knowledge of how to build and execute national and international search strategies for industry leading talent. * Proven track record of building trust and credibility with senior executives, preferably at the C-suite level. * Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels. * Exceptional communication skills and professional judgement. * Experience designing, recommending, presenting and closing candidates on complex offers. * Occasional travel may be required.
