We are looking for a Sr Corporate Recruiter who enjoys building relationships and becoming an integral part of a growing team.

In this role you will:

  • Proactively engage with hiring managers to facilitate the corporate hiring process.

  • Source, screen and present candidates to appropriate hiring managers.

  • Interface with business leadership to ensure alignment with hiring objectives.

What we would like to see from you:

  • 3+ years in a Corporate Recruiting role. (Agency experience will be considered)

  • Ability to learn, grow and multitask.

  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems.

  • Ability to source candidates using a variety of tools.

  • Strong communication skills - the ability to engage internal clients.

  • Understanding of the recruiting landscape including agency relations.

Job Description U.S. Bank's Law Division is seeking an experienced attorney who is authorized to practice law in the United States and is in good standing with the appropriate U.S. state-licensing authority, to join its in-house legal team to provide legal support to Elavon, U.S. Bank's global merchant acquiring business. This position supports the Elavon North America business development team and reports to the Elavon senior legal team. This role has a hybrid schedule with three days per week working in the Elavon office and two days per week working from home. In connection with the Elavon business development team, this position (1) supports the team during the acquisition of enterprise customers in the negotiation and drafting of agreements; (2) supports the team during the acquisition of partners (including but not limited to independent software vendors; Community Banks; and Associations) in the negotiation and drafting of agreements; (3) supports the creation, use and review of various ecommerce platforms; (4) supports the submission of RFPs in both the government and enterprise customer arena; (5) drafts, updates and maintains contracts used by the various business development teams. This position's roles include providing legal counsel to Elavon's Business Development team during the negotiation process and providing information to the team to frame the analysis of business decisions; drafting and negotiating complex medium to large customer and partner agreements; drafting, updating and maintaining contract templates; advising on compliance with legal requirements; providing legal advice for new technology products/services related to use with Elavon partners; and liaising with outside counsel as directed by the senior legal team. Basic Qualifications * J.D. * Bar admittance in the U.S. state where candidate in located * 5 to 10 recent years of experience practicing law in an in-house legal department or at a law firm advising business clients in a full-time attorney position Preferred Skills * Experience in negotiating ad drafting agreements with customers and partners * Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to communicate complex legal concepts in layman terms with both internal clients and external customers * Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills * Well-developed leadership abilities and time management skills * Client management, diplomacy, and people skills * Experience with payment services and financial services regulations is desirable Benefits: Take care of yourself and your family with U.S. Bank employee benefits.
