You'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining the general ledger accounting.

• Preparing reconciliations of accounts.

• Preparing journal entries, reconciling financial statements and accounts, and reviewing data for accuracy.

• Performing month-end account closing activities and reconciliations.

• Reconciling bank account and investment statements.

• Preparing monthly expense and revenue accruals as necessary in accordance with GAAP.

• Assisting with balance sheet preparation and monthly account reconciliations.

• Maintaining and updating fixed assets spreadsheet.

• Reviewing cash deposits and prepare cash receipt journal entries.

• Filing and maintaining all journal entries for internal and audit purpose.

• Distributing monthly financials.

• Assisting in automating processes and procedures.

• Assisting with financial audits.

• Performing other duties as assigned by the director of general ledger and financial reporting.

You'll need to have:

• General ledger experience.

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferred.

• Must be detail oriented.

• Proficiency with Microsoft office programs.

• Experience with Oracle accounting applications.

• Analytical skills and evaluation techniques.

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
