About the team + role

At Robinhood, we're on the hunt for a Senior Copywriter or ACD level professional ready to refine our brand's narrative across a broad spectrum of platforms. This position is ideal for someone who is not only adept at creating persuasive and impactful copy but also skilled at capturing the essence of our brand voice and connecting authentically with our diverse audience.

In this pivotal role, you will develop compelling copy that perfectly aligns with our brand ethos and engages our target audience on various platforms-including digital activations and strategic partnerships. This opportunity is suited for a creative who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is dedicated to pushing our brand narrative to unprecedented levels.

What you'll do

• Narrative Leadership: Improve our brand's story across traditional and digital media, ensuring our messaging resonates deeply and drives inspiration. Stay ahead by continuously integrating the latest industry trends into our strategy.

• Strategic Collaboration: Forge robust partnerships across marketing, design, and partnership teams to develop unified and powerful co-branded messaging that harmonizes our brand, crafting a cohesive identity.

• Creative Excellence: Lead the creation of dynamic content, from tweets and commercials to comprehensive campaigns, driving engagement and anticipation among our audience.

• Project Management: Oversee all phases of creative projects, from concept through completion, crafting strategies that not only meet but advance our business objectives.

• Cross-Functional Integration: Act as a key player within cross-functional teams, steering creative strategies that excel in both innovation and alignment with our company goals, ensuring efficient and on-budget project delivery.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$145,000-$170,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$128,000-$150,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL)

$113,000-$133,000 USD
