The Senior Copywriter will be a swiss-army knife writer - capable of writing multiple asset types across the customer lifecycle. This role will write blogs, articles, and other web content, including video scripts, customer emails, and downloadable assets.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of defining clear persona-specific messaging and topics, consistently delivering high-quality content, and building quarterly content marketing plans that align to demand marketing plans. This role will collaborate closely with our creative, demand, and web teams to align with key metrics and outcomes.
This fast-paced position requires creativity in producing multiple unique content assets monthly. Experience in writing for enterprise businesses, particularly SaaS, is required, and familiarity with digital accessibility is preferred as it will be a primary focus.

How you'll Contribute:
Write multiple, concurrent high-quality blogs and content pieces per month
Collaborate with content marketing and demand team to create a quarterly content calendar
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
Prepare well-structured drafts, collect feedback, and see content through final production
Edit and proofread articles to maintain accuracy, readability, and SEO performance
Work closely with product marketing and web strategy teams to write website pages, including homepage, product pages, and other high-traffic pages
Identify and develop proactive story hooks for ongoing content marketing efforts
Plan, execute, and track a content calendar
Stay up to date on accessibility industry trends and topics
Strong creative thinking skills and ability to take concepts from idea to final deliverable
Who you are:
4-6 years of experience in a content marketing or similar role
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar content management systems
Superb written and oral communication and presentation skills
Exceptional writer. You should be able to write a ~1200-word blog, a targeted landing page, or paid search ads
Relentless attention to detail
Driven, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to improve current marketing efforts
Experience turning ideas into creative, engaging stories and adapting content to different channels
Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills
Experience working in a collaborative team atmosphere and being an individual contributor with individual projects, deadlines, and accountabilities
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with all levels of management, colleagues, and vendors

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000
