As a Senior Coordinator Real Time Analyst, you will be responsible for the daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling, queue management, and trend analysis required to meet service performance objectives. Further, you will serve as the main point of contact for daily traffic performance for WFM Manager, Operations Leadership, Client Services and Executive Management. Also you will manage and support workforce related tasks, as assigned including forecasting, scheduling, adherence analysis, queue management, workflow planning, event log management, scorecard development and maintenance, and other projects, as assigned.

At least one year call center operations or workforce management experience
1 year or more of experience in Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Outlook, Access, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Workflow Automation
Six months or more project management experience
At least one year experience with Workforce Management tools and functions such as Verint Suite, NICE IEX, e-Workforce, Nortel Symposium, Avaya, Cisco, and skill-based routing experience
SAS and SQL experience preferred
Excellent analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines
