Senior Coordinator, Ops Support

Your Opportunity as Senior Coordinator, Operations Support Responsible for sourcing and vetting local vendors, placing purchase orders, parts inventory, re-stocking and budget for all maintenance, repair and operations spend at the bakery level. This position has direct responsibility to ensure that all work activities under its span of control are performed with attention to the highest standards of food quality, safe processes, compliance with all appropriate legal requirements and a focus on continuous process improvement.

Location: Indianapolis, IN Manufacturing Plant Work Arrangements: 100% on-site. Monday

• Friday, 8am

  What We are Looking For: Minimum Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Additional post-secondary education is preferred Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role: • Understanding of commercial bakeries and bakery equipment • Understanding of the unique equipment in a bakery production plant, along with operation of that equipment relative to the baking process is preferred. • Oral and Written Communication

• Effective • Personal Computer Skills
