Position Description:

  • Drive social media engagement activities, including crafting, posting, and tracking posts across prioritized social media and digital platforms

  • Write clear, concise brand copy for web, social content, newsletters, promotional materials and more

  • Produce email campaigns and work with the marketing team to maximize messaging effectiveness

  • Plan and manage logistics for in-person and virtual events, including conferences

  • Develop and maintain client/customer databases, and develop strategies to engage and market to them

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, voice, and tone across all communications

  • Research relevant client information, industry events, trends and best practices as needed

  • Track and report on various practice marketing initiatives, including thought leadership placements, social media, speaking engagements, articles, conference attendance, collateral and team biographies

  • Track media coverage of our publications, awards and other activities, as well as coverage of competitors' activities

  • Work closely with the corporate marketing team to ensure marketing activities align with firm-wide priorities and strategies

  • Work with the Marketing team to maintain marketing dashboards measuring key performance metrics

  • Create and act as proof reader for internal and external decks, including executive presentations

  • Carry out other duties, tasks and projects as assigned


  • 3+ years of marketing, social media, or digital program experience

  • Bachelor's degree with demonstrated academic achievement

  • Experience in management consulting, health care, student recruitment or alumni outreach a plus

  • Ideal candidate has both B2B and Direct-to-Consumer experience

  • Must have excellent written and oral English skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage all levels of seniority

  • Self-starter, good at prioritizing and self-management

  • Demonstrated organizational skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple parallel tasks

  • Commitment to execution and attention to detail
