Job Summary:

The Sr. Coordinator: IT PC Technician (PC Tech) position is an important day to day support role within the IT department. The PC Tech will provide setup, support, maintenance and assistance for all resort wide hardware and software in a Windows Client/Server LAN environment. Work as part of the IT team to proactively identify problems and facilitate resolution while maintaining a very high level of guest service and professionalism.

Responsibilities include (not limited to):

  • Hardware/Software:

  • Configuring and supporting computers and point of sale hardware.

  • Application installation and support.

  • Phone system troubleshooting and support (Nortel/Avaya)

  • Help to maintain the network infrastructure at the resort (fiber and copper plant).

  • Creating and updating SOP documentation.

  • Managing break-fix issues through our ticketing system.

  • Telephony:

  • Configuration and provisioning of Avaya/Nortel telephony handsets and voicemail accounts.

  • PBX troubleshooting and support.

  • Handset MAC (moves, additions, and changes).

  • Physical plant (copper) break fix and troubleshooting.

  • General:

  • Create and maintain accurate IT related documentation as assigned.

  • Assist in resort wide end user support and IT projects as needed.

  • Troubleshooting and repair of fiber optic and copper cable plant in harsh environments.

  • Project Management.

  • Actively participate in training, development and leadership offerings.

  • Observe company policies and procedure and be aware of company values.

  • Be a part of the team. Actively work to be aligned with IT Management and vision.

  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Must Ski or Snowboard at a minimum PSIA level of 6 and must pass a ski/ride test internally with ski school.

  • Experience or education in a Windows based server/client environment.

  • CompTIA A+ certification (or obtain it within 6 months of hiring).

  • Experience with data/telephone network infrastructure.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Professionalism and strong guest service skills, attention to detail and timeliness.

  • Professional presentation and clean grooming standards.

  • Flexible schedule during peak times of the year. Possible weekend, afterhours and holiday hours may be required.

  • Ability to work outdoors in a dynamic mountain environment. This position requires year round work on and off the mountain.

  • High School Diploma or equivalence exam.

  • Valid US Drivers license.

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

  • After hours or on-call support and availability.

Preferred skills:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree from an accredited University.

  • Avaya/Nortel telephony and voicemail systems experience.

  • Proven strong project management experience.

The PCC is responsible for scheduling patients, completing patient appointments, and obtaining billing information. The PCC over sees patients at check in and prior to leaving the clinic. The PCC collects copays and/or monies due at the time of service. The PCC provides routine clerical support such as: medical record releases, answers phones, routes callers and relays messages. The PCC completes administrative duties, including faxes, photocopies, scans, mail processing, and managing departmental documents. The PCC covers other non-clinical positions such as pre-authorizations and referrals as needed. Documents outreach to patient regarding No Show in the medical record and assists with mailing of no show letters. Processes recall letters as directed by provider .Schedules and coordinates patient appointments according to clinic guidelines for timing and all information collected is accurate and complete. This includes scheduling and completing patient appointments with specific insurance requirements. Determines patients need for Language access and if needed arrange for an interpreter. * Performs initial billing paperwork and cashiering duties, ensuring that all is complete and accurate. * Ensures the accuracy of registration by working built in registration work queues. * Explains financial requirements to the patients and collects balances, deposits, co-pays or deductibles as applicable. * Balances cash drawers, prepares cash and payment receipt logs. * Performs opening and closing procedures as assigned. * Performs assigned clerical duties in an accurate and timely manner. * Maintains records and reports and files as required * Faxing * Photocopying * Scanning * Computer – Data entry & retrieval * Refills forms as needed. * Sorts mail, ensuring that urgent correspondence and time-dated materials are prioritized.
