Under direction, coordinates all aspects of digital marketing campaigns to effectively promote HR's recruitment strategy. Supports CTA recruitment and employee engagement efforts by creating multi-media content that will drive candidate engagement and increase overall application counts. Coordinates content for the CTA Career page and related websites as well as develop and administer content for CTA's HR social media pages including the LinkedIn page.
Coordinates, develops, and executes content delivery to meet the HR strategic marketing plan objectives.
Creates campaigns to launch and market hard-to-fill positions.
Identifies appropriate media outlets, paid media opportunities, and community partners in order to reach target audience.
Writes and edits digital communication materials and other content as requested.
Collaborates with management to ensure marketing strategies align with overall HR business strategy.
Uses analytics to measure engagement/reach. Develops reports and strategic guidance to improve current engagement strategies.
Develops visual and audio-visual content to enhance recruitment marketing and internal employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinates and participates in the design, development, preparation, creation, presentation, and evaluation of audio-visual materials.
Utilizes Adobe Creative Cloud products and related software to digitally import, export, and edit video, audio, and digital files (JPEG, TIFF, PICT, EPS, and PDF).
Develops, prioritizes, and coordinates the production schedule of all media initiatives by working with stakeholder departments (timelines, scripts, directing actors, camera work, editing, etc.).
Maintains and updates CTA Careers and related social media websites.
Works with CTA departments to ensure content is up-to-date, customer friendly, and regularly evolves with new content to help people connect with our career opportunities through digital means.
Performs most day-to-day maintenance of CTA Careers and related web pages.
Reviews, spell-checks, and error-checks web content prior to and after release, to maintain a high level of quality of the pages.
Plans for regular updates of pages to maintain timeliness of data.
Keeps current with website development trends and tools.
Responsible for daily recruitment-related content on LinkedIn.
Develops promotional content to encourage applicants to CTA careers as part of overall recruitment marketing strategy.
Manages social media calendar.
Coordinates with other internal departments to establish messages/responses.
Develops proactive content on a wide variety of subject matters (positions, programs, departments, etc.).
Performs related duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Media/E-Commerce, Visual or Electronic Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
One to Two (2) years of professional experience in marketing, social media, corporate communications, media relations, public relations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience relating to this position.
One (1) year of experience in multi-media content development and administration.
Previous content development experience
Previous experience producing digital graphics and audio-visuals.
Previous experience using photo and video editing software such as Adobe products.
Experience with visual photography a plus.
Valid Illinois Driver's License (DL).
Required to lift, carry and maneuver equipment, supplies, and materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
Requires sitting for extended periods of time, standing, visual acumen, manual dexterity, and fingering for working with computer keyboards.
Occasional field visits to gather content for web/social media, which may require being outdoors in varying weather, climbing stairs at train stations, walking to from locations on CTA system.
