Your expertise will drive strategic upgrades, enhance reliability, and ensure peak performance. Collaborating closely with IT, operations, maintenance, and external contractors, you'll guide projects from proof-of-concept to full implementation. Key Responsibilities:

• Upgrade Planning: Develop and Maintain a 5-year upgrade plan for obsolete PLC's in our Newton, MS Foundry.

• Project Management: Lead PLC upgrade projects to enhance site reliability.

• Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to improve control systems' reliability and efficiency.

• Data-Driven Insights: Train users and expand data streams on our Aveva platform for more effective problem-solving.

• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.

• Bachelors in a relevant engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) with 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience managing $100K+ control systems upgrades or installations.

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work toward high-level objectives with minimal guidance.

• Proficiency with PLC Programming software (Allen-Bradley preferred) and control systems diagnostics.
