The Senior Control Systems Programmer with Rockwell experience will be responsible for developing control system functional specifications and sequence of operations; developing project schedules; scheduling and assigning resources; providing direction for teams and project development; and providing application development for controllers and HMIs.Requirements/Basic Qualifications:
- BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or Computer Science
- 7+ years in depth experience programming Allen-Bradley Control Systems
- 5+ years in depth experience programming and configuring PlantPAx systems
- 5+ years in depth experience programming and configuring Batch Systems
- Adept understanding of the development and working with P&IDs and Process Flow Diagrams
- Strong verbal and written communication skillsDesired/Preferred Experience:
- Experience with GeProficy iFIX SCADA system
Experience with Ignition SCADA
- Experience with SQL database
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, VBA)
- Process Safety certification (CSP, CCPSC, CFSP, CFSE, or similar)
- Experience facilitating PHA/Hazop/LOPA/QRA/SIL assessment
- Experience leading teams and projects (PMP)
Eligibility Requirements:

- Travel to customer sites will be required on a periodic basis.
- Occasionally, extended hours and work over weekends and/or holidays will be necessary.
- Must have valid drivers license

We look for candidates that offer a fresh perspective and a variety of skills to help us achieve our commitment.</p><p>We are currently seeking applications to fill the following job opening at Celgard where we develop and manufacture membrane battery separators that are critical components used in lithium-ion batteries for electric drive vehicles (EDVs) and energy storage systems (ESS).</p><p>Company:</p><p>Celgard, LLC</p><p>Job Description:</p><p>Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, the Quality Control Technician serves as part of a team responsible for performing all duties associated with product quality testing in a plastic separator manufacturing facility, and is responsible for maintaining the safe and secure operation of the quality lab on his/her shift. The QC Technician will support the plant in aligning Celgard systems and processes to the automotive requirements; specifically in the product quality testing lab, and will assist the quality team in maintaining and performing other quality-related duties in the manufacturing area that directly support the on-going success of the value stream.</p><ul><li><p>Job opening is for 12-hour night shift position. Will require working a flexible schedule of both days and nights as needed for coverage and training.</p></li><li><p>Perform standard and/or non-routine QC tests including physical and chemical testing</p></li><li><p>Maintain calibration status of equipment</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records of data and observations (paper and electronic records)</p></li><li><p>Prepare and verify accuracy of data certificates for product shipments (COA).
