About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Control Management Specialist to sit in their Central Control Management function. This position will be attached to the SHRP Central and Quality Control team which is responsible for the maintenance and entry of RCSA data in the system of record. The role will consist of help the SHRP Central and Quality Control team build out technology and process efficiencies as the overall RCSA program moves towards a target state.

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in identifying, assessing, managing, and mitigating current and emerging risk exposures within Control Management functional area.

  • Provide risk management consulting to support the business in designing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, business processes, and business controls.

  • Monitor moderately complex business specific programs and provide risk management consulting to support the business in designing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor, measure, evaluate, and report on the impact of decisions and controls to the relevant business group or functional area.

  • Provide guidance to business groups on the development, implementation, and monitoring of business specific programs to identify, assess, and mitigate risk.

  • Collaborate with relevant business group to identify current and emerging risks associated with business activities and operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Risk Management or Control Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong Experience with Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)

  • Ability to work independently in a virtual team environment where other team members, team management, and business partners are in multiple locations.

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior level leaders.

  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.

  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.

Job Expectations:

  • The selected candidate must be located in one of the listed work locations; this position is expected to work on site 3 or more days per week per Wells Fargo's standard operating model.

  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Pay Range

$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
