The impact you'll have
As our Senior Contracts Administrator, you will work closely with our SVP, Contracts reviewing and approving agreements with clients, subcontractors, vendors and partners. Your work is essential in establishing proper business relationships with our clients and partners.
What you'll do
You will provide input to customer requests for proposals as needed
You will review and approve company work statements and maintains contracts working files
You will be the primary resource in drafting routine contracts or legal agreements and correspondence along with contract briefs
You will use your skills in negotiating contract terms with customers and suppliers consistent with company practice and risk mitigation strategies. You will then coordinate, and document internal reviews and approvals as required by the company Authority Matrix
You will be expected to retain and maintains file of prepared legal documents
You will research contract issues and provides analysis and recommendations to company stakeholders
You are encouraged to maintains awareness of legal and procedural requirements and trends in order to effectively negotiate and administer contracts
You will get to develop and deliver periodic contracts related training
Who you are
You have a minimum of five (5) years of progressive relevant commercial contract and subcontract administration experience
Ideally, you have worked in an agency or professional services environment with digital marketing engagements
You are known for your excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
You are very self-motivated, detail oriented and able to work independently
Preferably, you have a Bachelor's degree
