Senior Content Marketing Manager

We are looking for a strategic Senior B2B Content Marketing Manager to lead case study efforts here in North America. Reporting to the B2B Content Team Lead, you will play a key role in executing the case study roadmap for 2024 and beyond.

You will work closely with stakeholders across customer advocacy, event marketing, design and content, so we are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.

• Regularly align with key teams and departments on the strategy and prioritization of customer stories both in the US and globally

• Own case study production, including conducting interviews and leading all project management for filmed stories

• Manage freelancer support for written stories, including developing briefs, reviewing freelancer drafts, and finalizing copy

• Work closely with design to ensure all stories are presented beautifully

• Present regularly to teams with updates and wins

• 6+ years of customer-facing and marketing experience, with a background in storytelling

• Excels at interviewing, and knows how to ask questions that can elicit great responses

• Excellent writer with the ability to share a clear and engaging narrative

• Strong problem-solving skills, and has examples of successfully moving to Plan B when Plan A doesn't work

• A masterful project manager, and can manage multiple projects at once with ease

• Experience managing freelancers, including deliverables and timelines

• Strong executive presence and comfortable presenting key findings and insights in front of large teams

• Ability to travel when needed to lead project management and interviews of filmed case studies in the US, and at times, abroad

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $105,000-$135,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
