We are looking for a Senior B2B Content Marketing Manager to develop strategic content for top-of-funnel lead generation efforts, thought leadership initiatives, and email nurture campaigns. Reporting to the B2B Content Team Lead, this role will play a key role in executing projects that align directly with the company's top priorities.

You will work closely with stakeholders across customer advocacy, event marketing, design and content, so we are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.

Develop top-of-funnel B2B lead generation assets like e-books, webinars, and videos that can drive engagement across LinkedIn and other key channels
Develop engaging thought leadership content that helps differentiate monday.com in the marketplace
Work closely with the Marketing Operations team to build email nurture campaigns that can drive user engagement
Map out and deliver content for account-based marketing campaigns, working closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Acquisition
Manage freelancers to execute written content
6+ years of experience in content marketing, including experience with lead generation and email marketing
Brings a strategic mindset to every project and can challenge business-as-usual
Strong executive presence and comfortable presenting projects and insights at larger meetings
Experience managing multiple projects at once and can produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Collaborates well within and across teams and can give and receive constructive feedback

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $105,000-$135,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
