Senior Consultant, PSO, OMNI Functional (Atlanta, GA)

Senior Consultant, PSO, OMNI Functional positions offered by Manhattan Associates, Inc. (Atlanta, GA). Senior technical point of contact throughout the implementation of multiple supply chain solutions software packages. Provides senior level design for client specific enhancements, proactively troubleshoots and resolves issues that arise during the implementation, and updates and maintains the project issues list, which includes prioritizing the issues.

Works with customers to test and implement interfaces between MA products or external systems and works directly with the customer project team during configuration, testing, training, and implementation. Assists in creating a single, seamless customer and associate experience with software that unifies online, mobile, and in-store commerce. Provide easy access to inventory visibility, sales data, and customer preferences.

Facilitate complex software-based supply chain operations and meet the dynamic demands of customers efficiently. Seamlessly integrate with customers' existing software systems and provide enhanced visibility within their distribution centers.

Requires a four-year bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field and 3 years of experience in the position offered or 3 years of experience working in a client or customer facing role within a supply chain or software organization. Also requires 3 years of experience deploying software.

Requires 1 year of experience with database troubleshooting (SQL). Up to 50% (domestic and international) travel required. Employee reports to office in Atlanta, GA. Position may work from home, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
