We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst Manager to spearhead the marketing reporting and analytics framework in collaboration with the marketing team. The ideal candidate will develop a comprehensive understanding of marketing spend, channel performance, and attribution, and provide actionable insights to drive strategic business decisions. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, experience with data tools, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and platforms.Key Responsibilities: * Marketing Analytics and Insight Generation:*
  • Possess contextual business knowledge and functional domain expertise in the advertising and media space, demonstrating a proven ability to use data, analytics, and insights. * Develop a comprehensive understanding of marketing spend, performance, and attribution for media channels (i.e., TV, Display, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic)* Synthesize data trends across all digital platforms into actionable insights, and make strategic business recommendations for senior-level stakeholders. * Data Management and Business Intelligence: * Develop optimal SQL queries against large datasets to solve business problems. * Manage Looker and Tableau, building dashboards for leadership and self-serve analytics. * Utilize experience with Adobe/Google Analytics to enhance data analysis and reporting. * Collaborate with Marketing Technology, Marketing Analytics, and external media agencies to ensure clean data ingestion and processing through well-defined taxonomies. * Media Attribution: * Utilize knowledge of marketing media measurement techniques, including MMM, MTA, and industry-standard media measurement platforms.Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research, or related analytics areas.* 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within marketing. * Hands-on experience in using SQL and Python. * Proficiency with Tableau, Looker and other business intelligence tools. * Demonstrated ability to manage and interpret large datasets. * Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights to senior stakeholders. * Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.Preferred Skills: * Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their performance metrics. * Experience with ad buying platforms and digital marketing tools such as Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Search Ads 360, Google DV360, The Trade Desk for data reporting and analysis. * Knowledge of marketing attribution models and methodologies. * Experience working with both internal teams and external media agencies. * Experience with ETL tools and analytics platforms (such as Funnel, Fivetran, Adverity, or similar) for automation.EEO/Minorities/Females/Vets/DisabilitiesTo view our total rewards offered click here -> https://www.exlservice.com/us-careers-and-benefitsBase Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the EXL base salary range for this position.
