Dell is seeking a seasoned senior Public Relations professional to lead the company's financial PR program and serve as a primary interface with strategic financial and business media, reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Communications.
Own the plan to drive awareness, understanding and support for Dell Technologies' near- and long-term strategy, business structure, financial and performance metrics/progress with key financial and business media
Drive strategy and engage financial and business media through orchestrated cadence of touch points with executive spokespersons
Drive all PR elements of the quarterly earnings, annual reporting and related events, including content development and media outreach strategy
Consult and partner with the communications team and business stakeholders to advance the company's financial communications goals
A mix of PR agency and in-house Corporate Financial PR experience, ideally at a large or global B2B or B2C public tech company
Strong grasp of complex business and capital structures
Expert ability to work effectively with senior management/executives and a broader team of Investor Relations, Legal, Global Communications and other business functions
Cool under pressure with expert presentation; influence; media and internal relationship; strategic planning; financial; corporate strategy; storytelling; project and agency management; and business writing skills
Existing and relevant media relationships in financial and business print/online and broadcast outlets
15+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or 12+ years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 8+ years of experience; or equivalent experience
