Job Responsibilities

• Create a professional development plan and set execution goals, tied in part to you achieving your quarterly bonuses.

• Ability to establish professional rapport, communicate with the client, as well as provide great analysis..

• Provide comprehensive solutions with your problem-solving skills and creativity.

• Upward communication - keeping your client engagement manager appraised of your client work, value delivered, and escalating issues of concern.

• Provide technically sound, timely work - customer service and communication are vitally important, but valueless without technically sound, timely work product. As the Senior Financial Analyst, you must set expectations of value, delivery time, and be accountable.

• Take a holistic approach in thinking about the client- looking for value add beyond the project at hand. Learn the client's business and understand the key levers of success.

• Leverage the Armanino organization to provide quick, quality expertise - you won't have all the answers and experience required to serve all of your clients well - but Armanino does. Build your internal network on behalf of you and your clients, learn quickly from internal experts and adapt to your client's specific needs.

• Managing your time and that of the team members to provide equal, timely access for all of your clients - being the Senior Financial Analyst for a number of companies is different than being an analyst of one company. Communication, schedule management and organization is key.

Requirements:

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting or business related major.

• 2+ years experience in financial analysis roles in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, professional services or similar

• Advanced Excel user with the ability to conduct financial modeling.

• Experience in a client facing role.

• Strong relationship builing and project management skills.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple clients in a fast-moving, growth environment.

• A sense of ownership and accountability, coupled with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA, MBA or CMA designations

• Specialty Retail industry experience

• Consumer Packaged Goods, CPG, industry experience

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. Compensation Range for this position: $85,000 - $105,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
