Senior Consultant

Responsibilities You will interact with both clients and teams within ClearView to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. During the course of a typical project, you will engage in a number of activities, including:

Conduct complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach Collaborate with ClearView leadership and clients to design and execute on project workstreams Complete primary and secondary research to drive to critical insights Deliver recommendations directly to client and manage client needs throughout project Mentor and develop skills of more junior team members Utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making At ClearView, you will have the opportunity to lead projects and refine a broad range of expertise, skills, and connections that will heighten for your career. Requirements The successful life sciences senior consultant candidate must have the following skills and experience: Frames up how to tackle more complex problems (does not need to tackle independently) Establishes rapid credibility and trust with leadership members (even when not staffed in a PL role) given strong upward communication and active thought partnership in internal discussions Needs to be able to clearly communicate verbally and via written deliverables, including more complex concepts Trusted to drive the majority of content and process related client communication Demonstrated strong mentorship for 1 - 2 team members in addition to owning their own specific workstream May still require some support for challenging client situations and problem solving PhD / post-doc in the life sciences or MD to be completed before your start date or over three and a half years of experience in life sciences consulting The first-year base salary for this position is $160,000.

In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
