Position Summary

Adobe Consulting brings teams, expertise and leadership to our customers that will help them leverage the necessary technologies and design processes to optimize across all of their marketing touchpoints as well as define the change management for their people to make the projects a success. Customers hire Adobe Consulting to drive the strategy, roadmap and execution of projects and program to drive business results.

As part of the Consulting organization, the Business Consulting Team leads customers to create a digital vision as a business strategy and a roadmap to achieve it across complex multi-solution engagements. The Team ensures implementations of Adobe Solutions meet customer business objectives, provides digital marketing expertise in domain areas such as digital advertising, audience segmentation, data collection, customer experience optimization, mobile strategy and leading complex, multi-solution engagements.

We also spend time helping customers realize the outcomes of their solutions by leading organizational change management and business optimization activities.

You will set a high standard for excellence in professional services, and lead your clients in continual improvements. A critical responsibility is to drive strategic growth for Adobe Consulting through dissemination of thought leadership and quality delivery. You have the ability to manage performance against financial targets, and contribute to client success and satisfaction through direct client engagement and relationships. Successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of this role requires working at multiple levels within Adobe, Customer, and Partner organizations to own successful outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Cultivate and maintain strong executive relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Provide expert input to client proposals and contracts to ensure commitments and expectations are well defined and managed

  • Meet and exceed targets for revenue, margin, and growth; meeting all operational functions required such as time entry, expense management, revenue forecasting, and reporting

  • Develop and drive strategic omni-channel and marketing campaign initiatives for your Clients leveraging Adobe Campaign and other Experience Cloud Solutions.

  • Provide leadership and foster trust with your clients and others within the Adobe ecosystem, to ensure optimal Client Success.

  • Lead and inspire your peers with positivity and optimism, creating a culture of high expectations and achievement

What you need to succeed

  • 7+ years' experience as a client-facing consultant, including delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions and business strategy

  • Experience with Adobe Campaign and/or similar campaign and marketing automation tools

  • Expert knowledge of omni-channel strategies and automated marketing campaigns; including planning, orchestration and measurement optimization.

  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills, including executive communications

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.

  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and clients

  • Professional demeanor, ability to interact with and lead diverse teams throughout Adobe, and communicating with client managers, directors, and VPs including CMOs and CXOs

  • Superb organizational skills to lead cross-functional teams; experience in matrix organizations a plus.

  • Ability to manage in an environment of uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity with diverse stakeholders.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%


  • 2-3 years program management experiences

  • Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products is a plus

  • Experience with media planning and buying is a plus.

  • Experience with marketing outsourcing programs is a plus.

  • MBA or Master's Degree in related discipline is a plus.
