  • Investigate potential money laundering and fraudulent financial activity across client business lines.

  • Provide subject matter expertise in the area of Anti-Money Laundering and financial fraud investigations. These include FCPA, OFAC and/or PEP filtering systems, KYC file remediation, AML gap assessments, AML compliance monitoring and AML training and the review and preparation of SARs

  • Training and development of Consultants

  • Prepare client communications, both written and oral, for senior level review

  • Ability to understand the importance of privileged and confidential information


  • 3-5 plus years of experience in a public accounting and/or litigation/disputes consulting firm, financial services industry or regulatory environment

  • CFE, CPA or CAMS certifications preferred

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in accounting, finance, economics or related discipline. Master's degree a plus.

  • Familiarity with common fraud or money laundering schemes

  • Understanding of the legal, corporate governance and regulatory environment

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to travel

  • Frequently communicates with clients and coworkers and must be able to share information effectively

  • Strong conceptual, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

  • Work as a member of a team as well as be a self-motivator with ability to work independently

  • Flexibility and responsiveness in managing multiple projects in sometimes high-pressure situations simultaneously

  • Able to travel via airplane with minimal assistance to client sites across the US and potentially internationally

  • Usually remains stationary for the majority of the day

  • Regularly uses close visual acuity and operates computer equipment to prepare and analyze and transmit data

You will lead and direct local and multi-site enrollment, benefit education meetings and health fairs. Accountable for increasing electronic services utilization and training of employer groups for assigned accounts. The SB Account Consultant will serve as the ultimate point of contact for determination and resolution of complex service issues for brokers and customers. You will develop strong working relationships that encourage renewal and future business with UnitedHealthcare. Primary Responsibilities: * Primary service contact for a group of employer groups and their brokers in the small business segment, 51-100. * Facilitate resolution of administrative and service issues * Develop strong internal and external working relationships that encourage loyalty with UnitedHealthcare. * Provide escalated service support for new and existing business, researching and resolving issues relating to complex claims, billing and more. * Collaborate with dedicated functional experts to resolve issues quickly and effectively. * Lead, direct and conduct enrollment and benefit education meetings and health fairs. * Identify trends to recommend process improvement or innovative strategies. * Educate and consult with brokers and employers on enrollment, benefits and electronic service processes . * Influence, educate and train employer groups about UHCs value propositions, wellness tools & resources, and online electronic services, tools, and technologies . * Conduct welcome calls to new clients. * Become a trusted advisor. * Work independently and collaboratively in often high stress, ambiguous situations. * Demonstrate confidence in front of customers and brokers. * Demonstrate high work ethic. * Promote and support service model. * Participates in special projects as requested by management.
