Senior Construction Project Manager

Under the direction of the Executive Director of Construction, the Senior Construction Project Manager is responsible for scheduling, tracking, leading cross-functional project teams, identifying and obtaining resources needed, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variances, change management, evaluating, and controlling projects.

Required qualifications:

• Master's Degree Healthcare related field. Or equivalent educ/experience

• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of Construction or Engineering industry experience.
• 5 years of Project Management Experience.
