Leadership Skills: Provide strong on-site leadership, coordinating and supervising construction teams to ensure safety protocols and regulations are adhered to. ? Logistics Management:
Coordinate logistics, including material deliveries, container management, equipment usage, and workforce deployment. ? Vendor and Subcontractor Relationship Management: Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors ? Travel Requirements: Frequent travel around the country to oversee and manage construction projects in various locations.
Project durations 3-4 months. ? Reporting and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for construction projects and provide daily reports, percentage of completion, progress photos, inventory quantity verification, field-labor hours etc., to support successful monitoring and tracking of each project. This will primarily be executed through the company provided Project Management Software. ? Collaboration with Other Departments:
Work closely with other departments such as Design and Purchasing to ensure construction activities align with overall business objectives. ? Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues that arise during construction projects, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and budgets. ? Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and resource requirements.
Oversee and manage the day-to-day construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. WHAT YOU MUST BRING TO THE TEAM ? 5 to 7 years of experience in construction field management, with a proven track record of successfully completed projects on time and within budget ? Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is a plus ? Extensive experience in on-site construction leadership roles. ? Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building code. ? Ability to adapt to different project environments and travel frequently. ?
