Job Description

The Senior Project Manager Construction Risk Consulting will work under the direction of a Senior Vice President in support of project requirements. Specific project responsibilities include the following:

  • Manage property condition assessment processes
  • Reviewing contracts, subcontracts and other contractual documentation
  • Evaluating baseline schedule and assumptions
  • Reviewing estimates & cost reports
  • On-site construction progress evaluations
  • Preparing project status presentations & update reports
  • Analyzing contemporaneous schedule updates & revisions
  • Change order and pay application administration
  • Organizing construction related documentation

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have demonstrated strong construction site leadership skills including verbal and written communication across all levels of the project organization. Additionally, candidates must be proficient in the following:

  • Minimum 10 years of construction related experience
  • Extensive travel required
  • BS Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent work experience
  • P6, MS Project, Excel, & other graphical communication tools
  • Project scheduling and project controls
  • Budgeting
  • Job cost analysis
  • Construction/building processes & techniques
  • Contract/risk management
  • Schedule & productivity analytics
  • Estimating

Additional Qualifications

  • P6, MS Project, Excel & other graphical communication tools
  • Candidates with forensic accounting expertise and/or Architects will also be considered
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Consistently demonstrate DPA values

The Mobile team is responsible for application architecture, development and innovation of new feature development to support consumer mobile solutions. In this role, you will provide guidance and standards to Quality Engineers to provide the highest quality for each release. Develop high quality automation test engineering best practices, test strategy and principles. Performed other duties as assigned. Essential Functions: * Develop, maintain and execute automation tests to ensure sufficient test coverage for iOS and Android applications. * Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates; prioritizing work with general direction/minimal supervision. * Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, gather automation requirements, design automated tests, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable test automation solutions. * Develop high quality automation test engineering best practices, test strategy and principles. * Devise and execute training, where appropriate, to develop and elevate the automation skills within the team. * Partner with Software Engineers, UX/UI, quality Engineers, Product Managers to deliver high performing quality customer experiences that are engaging, purposeful and powerful in their simplicity. * Participate in automation script code reviews and provide guidance on automation best practices. * Exercise advanced knowledge of Calabash or Appium script commands and Cucumber script execution tool. * Strong knowledge of automation framework concepts and automation best practices - Responsible for helping to identify gaps and needs of the agile team; including resources, skills, resource allocation, task assignment and delegation. * Coordinates various test-related activities for project delivery; identifying task dependencies, test schedules, creation of test data and utilization of test environments. * Develop and monitor test metrics and provide timely communication to key stakeholders on a regular basis. * Research, identify and implement newer test automation technologies. * Assess readiness and deviation of project performance based on identified risks and testing results. * Consistently demonstrates regular, dependable attendance & punctuality. Qualifications: Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering. * 4+ years of experience in QA and Development. * 3+ years of experience in automated testing towards mobile applications. * At least 4+ years of experience in quality tools ALM, QC, SoapUI, Appium/Calabash, QTP and Automation * Ability to build mobile apps from scratch using at least 1 mobile app programming language (e.g. Objective-C, Swift, Java, etc.) Ideally having experience with both iOS and Android platforms. * Experience assessing risk for determining appropriate levels of testing. * Demonstrated skills using code repositories like GitHub. * Experience with CI/CD with Hudson/Jenkins tools. * Experience with JIRA for project management and defect tracking. * Experience leading ambiguous situations, dealing with IT issues and coming up with effective solutions to ensure project deliverables on time and within budget . * Experience with a variety of test tools and software testing practices, including developing, implementing, maintaining and managing manual/automated testing systems and environments. * Experience assessing risk for determining appropriate levels of testing. Communication Skills: * Ability to clearly write technical specifications and strong estimating and planning skills. * Able to effectively communicate across teams and roles. * Excellent presentation skills to present ideas and work to the team and organization. * Experience presenting testing topics to quality assurance peer group internal and external to work. Mathematical Skills: * Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Reasoning Ability: * Insightful and logical problem isolation and solving skills. * Results driven and goals-oriented.
