Senior Construction Project Manager – Construction – Base Salary to 165k/year – Hillsboro, OR

• Our client is a commercial electrical company servicing the Pacific Northwest. They have been in business over 76 years and have grown into the largest E.C. in Oregon. • Due to growth, they are in need of a Senior Construction Project Manager to join their Hillsboro office outside of Portland. The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for providing overall project management support for several small to medium projects or on one very large project. They will provide overall supervision and technical management on construction project sites from bid preparation through job close out and documentation to the customer. The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for all the major responsibilities and essential job functions. They may choose to delegate to more appropriate persons on their team, however they ultimately are responsible.

Responsibilities:

• Provides safety leadership
• Contract administration
• Project set-up
• Site labor coordination and scheduling
• Budgeting and estimating
• Documentation/submittals/O & M’s
• Coordinate purchasing and sub-contracts
• Production tracking
• Quality control/quality assurance
• Project cost control and billing
• Project cost to complete/forecasting
• Project change orders
• Project closeout
• Internal/external communication

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience of large scope electrical projects
• Financial Management experience – cost management, updates on project revenue
• Ability to coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers and other team members

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 165k/year, plus production based bonus
